Follow these steps to integrate on ProBuilt TMS:
- From inside ProBuilt ERP, navigate to: System Setup → ELDs → Motive
- Click 'Connect Motive' to begin the integration.
- You will be redirected to Motive’s secure login screen:
- If you are not already signed in, enter your Motive credentials and log in.
- If you are already signed in, you will be taken directly to the authorization screen.
- Review the requested permissions and click Install to authorize ProBuilt TMS to access your Motive account data.
- Once authorized, you will be redirected back to ProBuilt and see a “Connected Successfully” confirmation message.
- Your Motive account is now linked and data will begin syncing automatically.
Additional steps after activation:
- No additional setup is required.
- Once connected, ProBuilt automatically begins syncing vehicles, drivers, locations, and telematics data from Motive into the ProBuilt TMS platform.
