Tired of having to constantly provide in-transit updates on your freight? Connect your Motive account to J.B. Hunt’s Carrier 360 app so you can reduce the number of phone calls and e-mails made to our operations group asking where your trucks are.
Additional Details
Once your business connects your Motive account to Carrier 360, facilitating a successful tracking experience is easy. Simply do the following:
1) Log in to Carrier 360
2) Observe if you have any loads in the “Driver Assignment” status
3) Assign one of your drivers to our load
4) Choose the correct tractor ID
5) Select “Submit”
