HxGN OnCall® Dispatch is Hexagon's next-generation computer-aided dispatch (CAD) suite designed for police, fire, EMS, and communications agencies, providing incident management and call-taking capabilities for public safety answering points (PSAPs) and emergency control rooms.
This integration between Motive and HxGN OnCall® Dispatch helps fleets improve operations by:
- Real-time fleet visibility – Streams live GPS location data from Motive directly into Hexagon's HxGN OnCall Dispatch, giving dispatchers an always-current view of every vehicle.
- Faster, smarter dispatching – Enables dispatchers to instantly identify and assign the nearest available unit, reducing response times when every second counts.
- Seamless data flow – Securely transmits vehicle location via UDP packets in TAIP format, ensuring reliable and standardized communication between the two platforms.
